In general, bourbon is considered to be gluten-free. However, everyone reacts differently to spirits distilled from gluten-containing grains, and those with extreme sensitivities or celiac disease may want to opt for bourbons made entirely from corn or other gluten-free grains, or stick with spirits that are labeled certified gluten-free.
