100 day no questions asked guarantee

Try Little Helpers for up to 100 days. If you are not happy for any reason, email info@littlehelpers.com and we will sort it out together. No questions asked. In many cases you will not need to send anything back. If we do need a return, we will provide a prepaid label.

Standard 30 day return policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send a return label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.

Exceptions and non returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure about your item, email us.

Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
